Disappointment
No need to go into all the stupid details, but I am not visiting Jamaica Man tonight ... conflicts in both of our camps. Basically, just one of those learning opportunities relationships bring.
Mom and Dad have returned home, and we will return to our semi-normal schedule again tomorrow. I also need to return some semblance of normalcy to my health routine. My body felt much better today, but I opted not to walk and have really run amok with the eating. I think the message here for now needs to be not so much about never faltering with the food, but realizing that those times are only temporary measures, and to move back into the healthy lifestyle quickly and easily.
I had a very nice phone call from Arizona Man this PM ... 'really made me wish he were closer to visit.
Moral of the day: Time to Litenup ... physically and emotionally.
